Patchwork Denim in Santa Fe

This past week I was on a road trip for my final spring break. From New Orleans, I drove to Santa Fe, New Mexico with stops in Austin, TX, Big Bend National Park, and White Sands National Monument to name the major ones. It was my first time in both Texas and New Mexico. The southwest is quite incredible with mountains and sweeping landscapes. Santa Fe was our first time staying at an inn and having an urban experience on the trip besides our one night in Austin. The downtown city was filled with a plethora of shops including various consignment shops and used bookstores. In downtown Santa Fe, I’m wearing Everlane’s 100% Human t-shirt for ACLU along with patchwork vintage Levi’s 501 from Feathers Boutique in Austin.

Some places worth checking out to shop at are Double Take, Act 2 (although overpriced, they have some good sale finds) and Big Star Books & Music. For eats, definitely visit Cafe Pasqual’s for pricier food with an intimate vibe, and the Pantry Kitchen for delicious Mexican/New Mexican food at an ideal price. And if you’re into art, definitely give the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum a visit!

Check in again for some more photos from Big Bend and White Sands.
